Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.

• Regional NSW: 1-6 business days

• Canberra: 1-4 business days

• Regional Victoria: 2-6 business days

• Brisbane/Gold Coast: 2-4 business days

• Adelaide: 3-5 business days

During peak periods like November and December, shipping times may be longer due to high demand. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. While we aim for fast delivery, we cannot guarantee these timeframes. We are not responsible for delays caused by Couriers. If an order is delayed and you no longer require it, return postage costs will be your responsibility, and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Orders

Double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee will apply if you wish to have it resent. If your parcel is taken to the post office, please collect it within 10 business days. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to us, and you’ll be required to pay a reshipping fee. If you prefer a refund, the return fee ($12) and original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
